NEW CONSTRUCTION & REMODELSWe design your home or remodel from the ground up. We are generally brought into the design process very early, at the time the architect has begun the initial drawings. It is preferable to be involved in the early design stages as we can make suggestions to you, the homeowner, and the architect regarding the interior use of each room. In our discussions, we can really understand how each area in your home is being utilized, and we are able to “catch” some items prior to submission to the city. Perhaps a master bedroom can be a little larger to incorporate a pop up television at the foot of the bed or maybe the master bedroom closets can expand to accommodate an extensive wardrobe collection. We may want to reconfigure a kitchen to account for catering and entertainment needs or turn a storage room into a craft room.

If we are hired further along in the process, we can customize a design plan to accommodate your remaining specifications needs, space planning, and fabric and furniture selection. In any stage of the design, we will make the process more time efficient and less costly. The result is a satisfied client and a beautifully designed home.

We are excellent at what we do, and we love to exceed the expectations of our clients

THE DESIGN PROCESSFor the homeowner or investor who would like to see fast results with an existing Design Processhome, we will incorporate portions of both specifications and furniture and accessories to achieve our desired look. For example, we may need to choose new flooring, paint, crown molding and baseboards, and new plumbing and fixtures. We then will space plan and create a new furniture and lighting plan based on your budget. Within three to six months, your home will have the designer look for your enjoyment or for resale.
